YOU HAVE TO DO THIS BY YOURSELF

HOW OLD ARE YOU? REALLY, HOW OLD ARE YOU? WOULD YOU SAY THAT YOU'RE OLD ENOUGH TO KNOW MOST THINGS? WELL, IF YOU'RE WISE WITH LOTS OF EXPERIENCE YOU HAVE TO KNOW THAT GOD IS REAL.

I CAN'T TELL YOU. MOST PEOPLE WILL NOT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT. THEY HAVE TO FIND OUT FOR THEMSELVES.

I FOUND OUT FOR MYSELF WHEN I WAS TEN YEARS OLD. I CAN NAME PEOPLE ALL AROUND ME WHO DIDN"T AND I KEEP WONDERING; HOW DID I FIGURE IT OUT AND PEOPLE I LOVE COULDN'T AND STILL DON'T.


MY DEAR FRIEND LILLIE TOLD ME THAT SHE FOUND OUT THAT GOD WAS REAL BACK IN THE THIRTIES (1930'S) DURING THE DEPRESSION. THEY WERE VERY POOR AND HAD NO MONEY FOR LUNCH FOR SHE AND HER SISTER. SHE WAS ABOUT 12 YEARS OLD. SHE WENT HOME FEELING VERY DISCOURAGED AND GOT ON HER KNEES AND PRAYED TO GOD ASKING FOR A MIRACLE. SHE DIDN'T ASK FOR MONEY. SHE ASKED IF GOD COULD PUT SHE AND HER SISTERS NAME ON THE LIST SO THAT THEY COULD GET A FREE LUNCH.


THE NEXT DAY IT WAS.


I HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCES AS A CHILD. GOD GAVE ME VICTORY EVERY SINGLE TIME! I KNOW HE'S REAL. I FOUND OUT FOR MYSELF.

But without faith it is impossible to please Him. For he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

IS GOD ON THE INTERNET?

Many people believe in God. They just don't want His rules. They don't mind His Blessings or His answering their prayers or "wishes." Be careful not to leave your faith behind when you go online. You're going to need it!

They want to keep Him on the back burner.

Even a lot of Christians.

So the question is: IS GOD ON THE INTERNET?

The answer is simple: THAT DEPENDS ON YOU.

If the Spirit of the Lord is placed inside of every believer; then when you get on the Internet; God does too.

As for the non believers the bible says:

But even if our Gospel (the glad tidings) also be hidden (obscured and covered up with a veil that hinders the knowledge of God), it is hidden [only] to those who are perishing and obscured [only] to those who are spiritually dying and veiled [only] to those who are lost. For the god of this world has blinded the unbelievers' minds [that they should not discern the truth], preventing them from seeing the illuminating light of the Gospel of the glory of Christ (the Messiah), Who is the Image and Likeness of God.

WHAT ARE YOU USING?

I was riding down the street this morning. It was six a.m., as I drove slowly past the parking lot where my prayer brother (who's like a son to me); Brother Jerry parks his truck. I looked to my left to see if it was there. It was there. Frustrated; that's when I decided to use. Use my faith that is.

I called the devil every name in the book. The bible. You are a liar, you're a thief! But not today will you be stealing anything! Brother Jerry will be at prayer TODAY! He won't be too sleepy or too tired to get up and cover the earth with prayer and to pray for himself, his family, his friends and strangers.

I yelled: YOU WILL LOOSE HIM AND LET HIM GO! IN THE AUTHORITY OF JESUS. SO BE IT!

Now, that was better.

Satan tried another approach..he sent thoughts, doubt that after all that Brother Jerry wasn't coming to prayer. I laughed and reminded him that I have a promise from God, an agreement that I get what I say if-if it's in accordance with the Word if God.

Guess what Matthew 9:29 says in the Amplified Bible?

It says: Then He touched their eyes, saying, According to your faith and trust and reliance [on the power invested in Me] be it done to you;

I went on to Early Prayer and forgot about it.

Brother Jerry walked in prayer 10 minutes later. He told me: "Today, I just had this URGENCY to get here." I laughed and jumped right there on the spot. Victory!

PEOPLE ARE LOSING HOUSES AND EQUITY LIKE NEVER BEFORE!

You know the media kept saying that the Real Estate market was going to have a crisis. In fact, I’ve seen the articles for ten years. They just kept saying it over and over. Now I may let something get past me 1 time; but not twice.

SOMETHING IN MY SPIRIT MADE ME KNOW THAT THIS WAS TRUE. I BEGAN TO PREPARE FOR IT.

I immediately began to try to find ways to pay off my house faster. I “elected” not to move and get in more debt than I could handle. I paid my bills on time even when it “looked” like I shouldn't’t do it.

I became more prudent about spending. I cut back.

Other people heard this too. Maybe you did. It hit; just like they said it was. People lost houses and prices fell . I was ready for it, what about you?


Now the bible and people of authority in God’s eyesight keep saying: JESUS IS COMING BACK.

SOMETHING IN MY SPIRIT MAKES ME KNOW THIS IS TRUE.

I go out on the streets and talk to people. Mostly it's about prayer. I approach lots of people and 99.9% of the people have wanted prayer. We pray because we want to communicate to God our needs. He said in His word that if you believe that you receive when you ask for it; you'll get what you need.

So I'm asking you what do you need faith for?

Not what "thing" do you need, but what do you __________ (YOUR NAME) need faith for?


THE ANSWER IS:

You need faith (OR THE ABILITY TO BELIEVE THAT WHICH YOU CANNOT SEE) to get what you need.


IT"S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE ...AND THERE IS SOME FINE PRINT IN THIS CONTRACT; WE'LL TALK ABOUT THAT TOMORROW! HAVE A GREAT DAY!

I CAN'T SAY IT'S A CONSPIRACY...

I really can't do that. However, I was stumped just a few weeks ago when they said on the news that it was breaking news that researchers had found the tombs in which Jesus and his "wife" were buried in.


Jesus rose! I screamed to my husband. He's not in any tomb. They've gone too far now.

I continued on: "Jesus didn't have a wife. We both know that."

Well, pretty soon all eyes were fixed on the screen and they brought out these two "little boxes: that appeared to be somewhere between two feet and four feet long.

We started laughing and I guess everyone else did too because we never heard anything else about it. It was so ridiculous that the whole matter was dropped.

WORD TO THE WISE:

1. BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ IN THE BIBLE

2. DON"T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU HEAR OR SEE ON TELEVISION.


3. THE WORLD WALKS BY SIGHT.

4. WE WALK BY FAITH AND NOT BY SIGHT.

FIVE YEAR OLD STOPS PIT BULL WITH HIS FINGER AND HIS FAITH

A MOTHER WENT TO CHURCH WITH HER 5 YR. OLD SON. SHE LET HIM PLAY WITH HIS TOYS ON THE FLOOR WHILE THE MESSAGE WAS BEING TAUGHT. THE MESSAGE WAS ON THE BLOOD OF JESUS. THEY TALKED ABOUT HOW THE BLOOD OF JESUS CAN PROTECT YOU AND WHY. THE MINISTER SAID THAT ANY TIME YOU WERE IN DANGER: PLEAD THE BLOOD.

A FEW DAYS LATER, THE SAME LADY LET HER SON GO OUT TO PLAY. SHE WAS LED TO COME BACK TO THE DOOR TO CHECK ON HIM. TO HER DISMAY; SHE SAW A PIT BULL RUSHING TOWARD HER SON. SHE COULD TELL LOGISTICALLY THAT SHE COULDN'T GET HER SON OUT IF HARM'S WAY BEFORE THE DOG GOT TO HIM

SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO, BUT HER SON DID...


THE LITTLE 5 YEAR OLD LOOKED UP AT THE DOG RUSHING TOWARDS HIM; POINTED HIS FINGER OF FAITH AND SAID IN A LOUD VOICE:

THE BLOOD OF JESUS PROTECTS ME AND YOU HAVE NO AUTHORITY!



THE DOG FELL AND BEGAN TO WHIMPER; THE MOTHER RAN OUT AND TOOK HER SON IN THE HOUSE WHILE THE DOG JUST WHIMPERED OVER AND OVER.

I've noted that they've done this in court trials. My purpose is to grab the reader's attention. I like to utilize twinges of humor in my writings too. However, the main thing here is that I love God and I want to encourage people to build up their faith and pay attention to what is going on around them; especially from a spiritual perspective. TODAY'S MYTH BUSTER!

I was raised to believe that the only time you "get spiritual" was when you went to church on Sunday. On that day some people "got more " spiritual than others.

We don't have to get spiritual on Sundays anymore. This is a new day. We now KNOW that we ARE spiritual already; we're spirits.

That's the greater part of us, (THE SPIRITUAL PART) but many won't allow their spirit (to control what you do) to reign or take ascendancy. Some people fight what they call "spiritual stuff"! I know some. You do too. They're having too much fun or so they think. They've accepted: tragedy, sickness, being broke, defeat after defeat and the loss of their salvation.


FACT: THE SPIRIT IN YOU LOVES GOD AND THINGS OF GOD.

FACT: THE OTHER SIDE OF YOU (THE FLESH) DOES NOT.



You are a spirit being. You just happen to live in a body. The spirit is MORE IMPORTANT than the body. Think about that.




TIP: IF YOU WANT TO BE AT YOUR OPTIMAL BEST: BE SPIRITUAL 24/7; IT"S EASY...

WOULD YOU KNOW AN ATTACK IF YOU SAW ONE?

Let me start off by telling you that I had a friend that Satan was "whooping" up on and I told her. She immediately "poo-pooed" it and said: "I don't believe in Satan or the devil." Now mind you, she is a believer. Furthermore, she has a bunch of advanced degrees.

SIDEBAR:
(Those are the worst ones; because they think they know it all.) I'm not jealous; I have a few myself; but I'm not hard headed. When the devil whooped up on me; I went and did something about it and when I got through, I decided to look out for everybody else. I don't want a pat on the back. I love God and I love you. )

STORY CONTINUES
So, God gave me wisdom that day to gently point out a few things to her. Afterwards, I changed the subject. The next time I talked to her she was telling "me" what the devil was trying to do. I wanted to laugh. See once someone points it out, then our eyes will open eventually. Fortunately for my friend; it didn't take long.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU OR THOSE AROUND YOU?

The longer we are blinded; the longer it will take for things to get better. It's the funniest thing, people think revelation is some trick.


The Bible calls him (Satan) many names; but make no mistake, he's your enemy.

Be well balanced (temperate, sober of mind), be vigilant and cautious at all times; for that enemy of yours, the devil, roams around like a lion roaring [[f]in fierce hunger], seeking someone to seize upon and devour. 1 Peter 5: 8 Amplified Bible



ARE YOU HAVING PROBLEMS RIGHT NOW? WELL, THE GOOD NEWS IS YOU HAVE THE ABILITY TO MAKE THEM GO AWAY.

Behold! I have given you authority and power to trample upon serpents and scorpions, and [physical and mental strength and ability] over all the power that the enemy [possesses]; and nothing shall in any way harm you.

Nevertheless, do not rejoice at this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are enrolled in heaven. LUKE 10: 19-20 Amplified Bible


LUCK

Most people, don't realize that there's no such thing as "luck." Not good or bad. Things don't happen by coincidence. Everyday it seems when we turn on the news; there's some horrible story that we hear that we've not heard before. Or maybe we hear about someone who lost their house, or who has been afflicted with some awful disease, or a fire that devastates lives.

That is why we are greatly warned to be on guard for the attacks. How can you be vigilant or sober like the Bible says? You can do it by praying the prayer of faith.


You can study more about confessing PSALM 91; (protection), Psalm 23 (The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want/lack), plead the Blood of Jesus; begin to learn more about OFFENSIVE and get out of the defensive zone.


Here are some areas you can be attacked in:

In your mind, your will (your freedom of choices; which is important), your emotions (the way that you react, your ability to control yourself), your soul, your spirit,
your house and anything that pertains to it, your car, your finances, your job, your work environment, your marriage, your relationships, your family, your children, your church, the list goes on...

Now think about it. Are you being attacked in any of these areas? If so, plead the Blood of Jesus. We'll talk more about it tomorrow.

Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth. Colossians 3: 2


I never really knew a lot about real faith until I had my brain tumor. I had heard all of the talk, the sounds, the praise; unfortunately at that time, I'd say I hadn't enough of the Word to know it all. It was totally my fault; not anyone else. That's a fact.


I could not set my mind on the brain tumor inside my head. I had to set my mind on God. I kept it there. I don't know how I did; but I did. Everyday, I made up my mind to live right before God. I aimed to live a life that was pleasing to him.

I was about to face my greatest test and I was going to be ready for it.

People came out of the woodwork so to speak just before I had my surgery. They all meant well. Unfortunately none of them had any major hope that I would survive. As we all gathered around to pray, I found myself convincing and ministering to them through my prayer because I was TOTALLY convinced that I would survive and be better.


I don't think they were, but I'm sure they were strengthened when it was over.



I had the surgery. I survived and eventually I was better. (smile)

I only was able to make it by setting my faith on that which is above. We don't know the logistics of life; the left or right turns, the stop or yield signs; but God does. He directs traffic. Are you letting God direct traffic for you? If you'll let Him, He will do it.

The Doctors told me that the Brain Tumor was going to continuously grow back and that I would have to have Brain Surgery every three to four years for the rest of my life.This was due to residual tissue wrapped around my optic nerve that could not be removed. I later had a cat scan and there were no traces of the Residual Tissues and the tumor never grew back. Set your faith.

I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron. KJV Isaiah 45: 2
