TWO TEAMS MEET IN THE WORLD SERIES.

ONE IS GOD'S TEAM AND WE'RE AT BAT. WE'RE ON THE ATTACK AGAINST AN ADVERSARY WHO WILL PITCH THE BALL AND TRY TO GET US OUT.

THE OTHER TEAM IS COMPRISED OF AN UNUSUAL TEAM COMMANDEERED AND CONTROLLED BY SATAN FOR VARIOUS REASONS.


THEY MAY NOT EVEN REALIZE THEY"RE IN THE GAME AT ALL: LEST ALONE BEING IN THE OUTFIELD.

LET ME TELL YOU HOW DIRTY THE ADVERSARY IS; HE'S NOT BEYOND HITTING YOU WITH THE BALL TO GET YOU OUT OF THE GAME!

I KNOW THE DEVIL CRIED CROCODILE TEARS WHEN I LEFT HIS TEAM...BUT TOO BAD; SO SAD. HA HA HA. I MEAN IT.



I WAS THINKING JUST THIS MORNING ABOUT PEOPLE THAT I KNOW BEING IN THIS BASEBALL GAME. I WAS ABLE TO PUT EACH OF THEM IN THE OUTFIELD OR AT BAT BASED ON WHERE THEY WERE AT SPIRITUALLY. THIS IS CONTROVERSIAL BECAUSE MOST PEOPLE SAY: "YOU CAN'T TELL WHERE I'M AT SPIRITUALLY." I AGREE. THAT'S PARTIALLY TRUE. BUT I CAN TELL WHAT SIDE YOU'RE ON. I CAN'T TELL WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO WHEN YOU GET THE BAT. YOU MIGHT HAVE ENOUGH SPIRITUAL FUEL TO HIT A GRAND SLAM OR YOU MIGHT STRIKE OUT. IT'S NOT MY CALL, IT'S YOURS.

ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT I GOT THE BAT AND THE OTHER TEAM BETTER WATCH OUT CAUSE I'M COMING FOR THEM.

I HAD ONE FRIEND AT FIRST BASE IN THE OUTFIELD IN TERMS OF HIS SPIRITUAL AWARENESS AND KNOWLEDGE AND I ASSESSED THAT HE WAS: BASED UPON WHAT HAPPENS TO HIM IN HIS LIFE, IN A DEFENSIVE POSITION.


I HAVE ANOTHER FRIEND A PRAYER WARRIOR WHO IS ALWAYS ON THE ATTACK AT HOME PLATE BATTING THE BALL IN THE WORLD SERIES.

THE GAME IS STACKED; THE TEAM AT BAT WINS.

WE KEEP HAVING TO BAT CONTINUOUSLY AND SOMETIMES IT SEEMS LIKE IT WILL NEVER STOP. WE JUST NEED TO BE CONFIDENT THAT WE WILL WIN THE GAME. I THINK THAT'S WHY WE'RE TOLD TO: "FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT OF FAITH."



THIS IS WHAT THE MESSAGE BIBLE SAYS IN 1PETER 5:8

Keep a cool head. Stay alert. The Devil is poised to pounce, and would like nothing better than to catch you napping. Keep your guard up. You're not the only ones plunged into these hard times. It's the same with Christians all over the world. So keep a firm grip on the faith. The suffering won't last forever. It won't be long before this generous God who has great plans for us in Christ—eternal and glorious plans they are —will have you put together and on your feet for good. He gets the last word; yes, he does.

EVERYONE HAS A SPIRIT. WE ARE ALL SPIRITS; IT'S A FACT. IT'S THE "YOU" THAT LIVES INSIDE YOUR BODY. IT'S THE PART OF YOU THAT MAKES YOU TIC, THAT MAKES YOU UNIQUE!

SOME SAY SPIRITUALITY IS SIMPLY A CONNECTION TO SOMETHING GREATER THAN ONESELF.



HOWEVER, MY POINT TODAY IS ABOUT HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO REMEMBER THAT WE ARE ALL "SPIRITS," WE LIVE IN A BODY AND WE HAVE AND OCCUPY A SOUL WHICH IS THE RESTING PLACE THE CENTRAL LOCATION OF THE MIND, THE WILL AND THE EMOTIONS.

STOP SATAN"S ATTACK!

STOP SATAN'S ATTACK!

Yesterday Satan attacked me in my most vulnerable area...or so he thought.
At first when I thought about it, I was very wroth.
I wasn't sure if that was the way it was to be,
So I lied down because I was tired and it was revealed to me.

I had been saving my monies, paying tithes, sowing seed,
Expecting God to supply my every single need,
Nothing changed when the attack came; God still knew my plight,
This was my chance to prove that my faith was not based on my sight.

It was a tough road to tread, I had to gather what I had stored up,
I had a conference with God and I would let no one interrupt,
I praised God and I thanked Him and spoke Blessings over myself,
I continued on as if nothing had happened as far as I could tell,
I put all of those "what if" thoughts on the closet shelf.

I reflected back to the time when cancer had rose up inside of me,
I remembered all the words I had said to God and the promise that He had decreed,
I will never forsake thee, He had said and He kept His Word,
And in return I promised Him that everyday I would make sure that the word would be heard,

So whoever you are and whatever you face, Stay in the Word and God will reverse,
the situation that faces you because you are redeemed of the curse,
Poverty, sickness or any type of lack; we will not tolerate, we will not grasp,
When Jesus died for all of our sins, for an extra attraction he bore all of our griefs.
So whatever you face, it is God's will for you to have total relief!

Dear Heavenly Father,we thank you! You are so good to us. Today is a new day. We thank You for things seen and unseen. For things heard and not heard. For things spoken and unspoken. For things understood and not understood. Father we thank You for things known and unknown. Our confidence is in You.

It doesn't matter what it looks like; our trust is in You. It doesn't matter what it looks like. It doesn't matter who said what, who saw what, who understood what, who heard what or who says they know what. WE won't get caught up in that because we walk by faith and not by sight! In Jesus name...we pray, AMEN.

My prayer for you today is that you be strong n the Lord and in the power of His might!

ON THE SURFACE, FAITH "LOOKS" LIKE IT HAS TWO PARTS TO IT; IN FACT MOST PEOPLE ESPECIALLY BELIEVERS GET "STUCK" ON THE FIRST PART. THE FIRST PART LOOKS LIKE IT'S ALL BASED ON HOPE.

THE SECOND PART OF FAITH LOOKS LIKE IT IS BASED UPON: THE
EVIDENCE OF THINGS NOT SEEN! IT'S NOT EVIDENCE. IT'S EVIDENCE OF THINGS NOT SEEN. NOW IF IT WAS EVIDENCE WE CAN CALL IN THE CSI TEAM AND HE BEST PRIVATE DETECTIVE. SOMEONE OF THE CALIBER OF THE LAW AND ORDER TEAM.

BUT THAT'S WHAT THE WORLD NEEDS. WE DON"T NEED THAT.

CAN YOU PASS THE "FAITH" TEST?

Can you pass the faith test?

Well, I guess so you're thinking; I never really thought about it! Exactly what do you mean? Is this a trick question?

Yes and No.

Smile.

Most people can pass the "Hope" test.

That is we all know how to hope for something.

However, most of us have trouble with waiting for what we can't see.


Think about these common expressions that are cute but anti-faith statements if you are speaking about something you are believing God for.

TWO GREAT ONES COME TO MIND:

1. I'm from Missouri; you have to show me.
2. I have no delayed gratification (Or in other words: I can't wait!)


#1 is like saying; I don't believe in what I can't see. What do you think about that?

#2 is like saying, it is impossible for me to trust anyone other than myself; so I'll make it happen now.


So the test for us all is WILL WE BELIEVE GOD that because He says we have what we ask for if we believe, can we act like we have it!

The world says we don't have it until we see it.

God says we have it at the exact time that we ask for it IF we believe it.

Do you believe God or the world?

THAT'S YOUR FAITH TEST!

Don't take YOUR faith for granted!

Hi! Most of us don't realize that we have to work on our faith every single day; but we do. Before I knew this; when an emergency came up I just said a quick 20 second prayer to God and walked around quiet and worried all day. The fact that I was walking around worrying; wasn't faith. I thought it was.

However, the bible says "If you believe that you receive WHEN you ask for it, then you shall have it." Most people either don't know it or believe it, because I meet people all day long every single day who are worried, obsessing about something or another.

In fact, some of them are praying people who for whatever reason forget this. Old habits are hard to break for some; but I choose NOT to worry about anything that I ask God for that is in His Word; because He said: The desire of the righteous (right standing) shall be granted!

So when you see me, you'll see a happy camper; never a sad sack! Not Ever! So I encourage you to not take your faith for granted but to read the Word of God and build yourself up in your faith. WORK ON IT DAILY! That way, when something happens to you or someone that you know, your faith, your believing what you can't see; will get you past the problem!

JUST IMAGINE...

Believing What You Can't See.... (a story)


Some people say that believing what you can't see is hard.
That's part of what faith is. The other part is trusting God.
But for some, they just can't get past the not seeing it part. Smile.
So my goal is to try to make it easier for you to understand this in a practical
sense.
Imagine that there is a huge tree that falls across the road and you need to get past
it. This tree has your street blocked off and you need to drive your car to work, to get food and water and you have important appointments. At this point, all you know to do is to pray and ask God to send help, send some angels and you just have to trust Him to do this.

Right after your prayer you begin to know that things are going to be alright and you give thanks before anything happens! Now that's faith!

You have an ax but you don't have any other equipment except for a small wheelbarrow. You call for help and they say they can come in a week. So at that point you realize that God will have to fix it because you can't do it by yourself. You know you're getting out because you have to. So you go out to the tree with the ax and begin to chop it up in little pieces at a time. Then you pile them in your wheelbarrow and dump them in a pile on the curb. You keep doing this going back and forth and pretty soon you are joined by some of your neighbors; one by one they come out to help.

Next, out of the blue a man in a truck stops to help who lives on the next block. He calls his friend who has a tree shredder service who agrees to come and keeps his word. It turns into one big party and you meet neighbors that you never knew. In less than three hours; the tree is gone and the problem is gone! What a Blessing!

Today...

Today is the day that you need God to do some things for you.
How He is really going to do it; you haven't got a clue.
It might be a money thing, the devil's squeezing you real tight,
When it comes down to your faith, you can't give up the fight,
I don't know what you know and if I did it would shape what I would say,
But it is my prayer that I say to you as I send the angels out your way,
It doesn't matter where you are as I intercede on your behalf,
God can read your heart and hear your prayers, and He is certain to move for you
as the dew is on the grass.

With faith you have to believe that your little troubles will go away,
Just like the sky is blue on a bright cheery summer day,
Perhaps in your own mind the problem is very large and strong,
Perhaps in your own mind you can't seem to understand how it all went so very wrong,
God will make your problems go away and He'll do it one by one,
Recall the words of Jesus when he said the world he had overcome,

So today if you get this word, get it down deep within yourself,
And envision those problems locked away in a dark room on a shelf,
Now that this has been explained to you, I want to recruit you for the fight,
We have an army of warriors putting Satan into flight.

So I ask you to consider it, God will honor and cover you,
Like the grass is covered as the dawn is peaking; with a fresh coat of morning dew.

Will you pass the test?

Today you may find yourself tested in some small or big way Yes, it will be a test of faith. How will you handle it? Will you recognize it? It may be in your communications, your thoughts, your actions; but in some covert or overt way you will be tested in your faith. Plan to pass the test. Be confident, yet be humble, be strong, yet be loving. Be ready to speak words of wisdom; yet be wise! Remember that you are fearfully and wonderfully made! Be ready...you can do this!

WHAT KIND OF FAITH DO YOU HAVE?

Please do not take this question the wrong way. No one can look at you or me and know what kind of faith that we have. Only we know ourselves, smile. However, I have noticed that faith speaks, it may not be boisterous or loud, but faith speaks.

It's important that we assess ourselves and our faith and it's important that we fill ourselves up with faith. I love Tropicana drink and when that bottle is empty, there's nothing else I can do but go to the store and buy another one. Every now and then someone in my house will have one hidden. Now with faith, I like to stay on full. Someone around me or that I encounter or even me is going to use it...it never fails.

I always say in the morning: I'VE GOT MY FAITH SHIELD ON LORD, AND I WILL USE IT WHENEVER< FOR WHATEVER AND FOR WHOSOEVER NEEDS IT!

ESTHER: WOMAN OF FAITH !

ESTHER

I can imagine a land where the King has a feast, but I cannot imagine that

He’d marry the least.

Yet this is what happened to the beautiful Esther, raised by Mordeci,

Because she honored the God Most High.

You see, the story starts out with the beautiful Vasti who GAVE AWAY her throne,

When the king sent for her to show her off; she replied: LEAVE ME ALONE!

So the king was so mad, that he saw red in a blur and before he knew he’d said: I’ll fix her!

So they wrote a new law and called it a decree…the next thing we all knew:

THEY HAD BANNED VASTI!

So here’s the king scouting out all of the virgins in town, they were pouring in from miles around…

In the meantime, Mordeci, was spiritually led to get Esther into the mold, he had a

Few friends but he wasn’t to bold,

Mordeci told Esther to keep a secret of who she was in her faith,

None was to know she was Jewish; that part could wait,

One day on the job, it came to Mordeci’s own attention that the king was to be killed and he put an end to the plan,

It went down in the record books, the matter at hand, but no one told the king.

One fine day the king made his rounds to see what he’d see,

And there beheld Esther, fine and lovely.

After that he was smitten and he was so led to place the Queen’s crown on top of her head!

Now Haman was an advisor unto the king full of his own vanity,

All bowed to him except Mordeci and that gave him insanity,

This evil came upon him and he got the blues, he then

Decided to place his hatred for Mordeci on ALL of the Jews,

So he got the King’s ear and drew him into the plot to kill the

Jews on the sly, but really he just hated Esther’s uncle Mordeci,

There went out a notice throughout the land; it seemed no one was to care; the Jews were to be killed on the 13^th of Adair.

Angels were moving around behind the scene,

And Haman was getting more and more mean,

The King laid down to sleep and all of a sudden from out of the Blue; he realized that Mordeci had saved him from assassination and that this was so true,

If I were Mordeci, I’d panic too; he knew that Esther the queen would know what to do.

He sent Word to her of the edict passed down; for she was the queen she could turn it around,

Esther was between a rock and a hard hard place. For she recalled what had happened to Vashti’s face.

All kinds of emotions began to rush forth in her soul, she’d lost her parents and Mordeci had raised her with love, no one knew she was Jewish, the King had certain protocols which if she violated, she could be killed, he loved her she thought but even he had limitations, not knowing what to do it could have taken it’s toll!

But, she said: Tell the people to FAST FOR ME three days. Mordeci obeyed and went on his way.

The Bible does not say Esther was spiritually grounded but you have to know that indeed is a fact…so God gave her Favor and she moved on

Esther went before the King with a certain countenance and The Spirit too,

When the King heard her dilemma, he assured her he knew what to do, Haman was hanged from the Gallows and the decree was rescinded...

The Death Proclamation over all of the Jews was ended,

So Imagine Esther raised as an orphan, who becomes a queen,

with a husband who loves her who’s king of the land …in a story of intrigue that was not a dream, and a God who delivers her from all of her cares lifting her up in her time of great despair! ESTHER WAS BLESSED TO BE A BLESSING!

It is my prayer that this letter finds you well. Just know that is what God wants for you; for you to be well. I am certain of it. I really am. I just wanted to drop you a note and tell you that I’m thinking of you and praying for you

I think one of the most important things to each of us is our family relationships. God’s family is important to Him and your family is important to Him as well. He says so in His Word.

For many of us, it is our ground where we will be tested. Tested in terms of our love for others which is one of the two commandments that Jesus left in the New Testament.

Love your neighbor as yourself.

Webster’s 1828 dictionary describes neighbor as:

One of the human race; any one that needs our help, or to whom we have an opportunity of doing good.

Certainly we have a greater opportunity to include our family in this definition.

But, family matters, communications and relationships are very important and it is an area where if we aren’t careful, we could slip. I guess it’s because we are sort of forced by circumstances to communicate and exchange with a variety of different personalities with different agendas. Sometimes the fact that people have different sets of values, ideas, likes, dislikes beliefs, motives, pressures, goals and outcomes cause us to judge them. We find ourselves saying: “Why did he/she do that? Or why did he/she say this?” (Etc.) In families, words and feelings travel fast and it’s a ripe place for misunderstandings and hostility as well as hurt feelings if we aren’t careful.

My brother had really made me mad one day and as I was trying to think what I would do next; I realized that I would have to repent for being mad and THEN forgive him sincerely. THEN I had to make a genuine decision to love him just as much as I did before he made me mad, THEN I had to mean it with all my heart. God gifted me with him as a brother and that means so much to me.


You may be wondering how you are going to fix things in your life in your family, but DO NOT WORRY. Have Faith! God will help you. Maybe you’re not at fault, but that is even better if YOU CAN fix things. Now some matters may not be so easy to clean up, but we’ve got to do it and the bible says that His grace is sufficient for you to do it. So I’m just writing to ask you to think about this and if there is any family matter, relationship or maybe even the way that you communicate or consider your family that needs a tune-up, correction or reconstruction that you attend to it.


God says in His word that He is there for you, and HE says because you believe and constantly seek Him, you will have a reward! Now think: If the government said there is a reward for something, you know that if you met the criteria; you would get the reward! It’s pretty much a fact!

Well God is BIGGER than the government and He says:

Have faith
That will please God
Be persistent and diligent in seeking Him
He WILL reward you


I pray for you that the healing power of God manifests in every area of your life; particularly within and around your family matters, communications and relationships this day and each day thereafter. I pray that your family moves closer to God as a whole unit, whether it be one by one or all at once. I pray that immediately solutions of peace present themselves and that everyone in your family will begin to act on those solutions. I pray that anything contrary to peace in your family is immediately rooted out and bound in the authority of Jesus! It’s certain.

Blessings to you today my friend!

You are special and it shows! God is Faithful and He loves you so much! Oh what a glorious year it has been. I’ve seen trials, tribulations and tests…but they were just temporary; because behind them all there was great victory. The world can’t celebrate a victory beforehand, but we can…so don’t forget! Sometimes the main thing that we need in our situations is wisdom! All you have to do is ask for it! The bible says so. Such a simple thing; yet some forget...

If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. JAMES 1: 5

This week I decided to ask for some wisdom in two matters that were putting unnecessary pressures on myself and my family. In each case; I was led to make some telephone calls at a very precise and unusual time. My words that I spoke determined the entire outcome. They came out of my mouth; but I was shocked as I said them. As the wisdom poured forth, the favor followed!

In both matters I was successful because GOD deemed it to be that way! One call resulted in a future benefit to my family that will be worth several thousand dollars which we never imagined would happen. The other outcome was more of a faith strengthening exercise; actually they both were. It wasn’t about money. It was much more significant. It was about a promise that God had made to me; that “seemed” impossible even at the time of the telephone calls. “The just shall live by faith.” Wisdom prompted me to make the call, faith allowed me to follow through, knowing the Word of God allowed me to be obedient, diligence in meditation brought forth the revelation and favor was the benefit. God wants to turn your test into a triumph; but He needs you to meditate, ask for, confess wisdom and BELIEVE. On the other side; I have written a prayer for you.

A PRAYER FOR WISDOM

Dear Heavenly Father, I come into Your presence to speak to You today in the Name of Jesus and by his blood. Father I hold you in the highest regard and love You with all of my heart, all of my mind and all of my soul! I find myself in Your awesome presence today to seek wisdom in the circumstances that challenge me today. I am also seeking wisdom to help other people in the way that You need me to do it. I declare and decree that I will depart from evil and do good, that I will walk with wise men; thereby I will be wise; also I want to say that I stand ready for instruction, for I am just and therefore teachable and able to increase in learning.

I thank you Father that I am able to hear You because I watch daily at Your gates and wait at the posts of Your door, knowing that I will not only find life but favor. I do not despise Your chastening and I do not grow weary of Your correction because I know that whom You love; You correct just like a Father corrects a son (or daughter) whom he loves. I thank You that because my ear can hear reproof that I can abide among the wise. I thank You Father that wisdom assures my promotion which doesn’t come from the East or West or the North or the South; but it comes from You LORD. I thank You Father that I am able to recognize the JOY that I have in You. I delight myself greatly in Your commandments and I am Blessed because I have total reverence for you. I thank you that Godly wisdom guarantees that even my enemies cannot overcome me. I thank you Father that Your statutes and judgments in the Word of God give me wisdom.

I thank you Father that I will continue to hear and hear the Word of God knowing faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. I thank you Father for the desires that You have placed in my heart. I thank You for Your patience with me as I seek to gain wisdom in the things that You have promised me. I thank You Father for Your patience with me as I realize that I cannot do things my way; but that I CAN do things Your way with perfect results. I thank You Father that I will remain focused and fixed on my calling. I thank You Father that I have good and perfect habits and that those habits allow me to fulfill my destiny.

I thank You Father that I will remember everyday that if the fruit of desire is pursuit; that I will always be in pursuit; never moving farther away from what I am called to do by procrastinating.

I thank You Father that I’m all out of excuses. I thank You Father that I have the wisdom to move past excuses and win every battle on the home turf of my mind or wherever it may be! I thank you Father that everyday I go out and train for battle and that I gain and grow in wisdom. I purpose in my heart to seek You for guidance in all that I do! Father, I believe You and I know that I CANNOT FAIL! AMEN

DO YOU BELIEVE GOD?

Now faith is assurance of things hoped for, proof of things not seen. Hebrews 11: 1

By faith, Abraham, when he was called, obeyed to go out to the place which he was to receive for an inheritance. He went out, not knowing where he went. Hebrews 11: 8

Dearest Friend, Blessings to you and yours. It is with great joy that I write to you today because I have been on quite a journey and I am relieved to have my feet settled and be in my right place, even though my journey continues. I am writing to you today to encourage you and to tell you to hold your chin up and to stand tall and be proud. Whatever you may be facing; you are not in it alone. I am praying for you. Prayer warriors are praying for you; but that’s not all. You see, behind the scenes, angels are moving and God the Father is arranging things so that you may have perfect peace. You just have to stay focused on God and speak the truth; the truth of Gods’ Word. I want to talk to you about your faith and my faith.

Do you believe God? Do you believe His Word? Either you do or you don’t. Everyday your faith will be tested! EVERYDAY.

*One morning after leaving prayer, I was walking next to a fellow prayer warrior. I said with my mouth: “I hate these dizzy spells that I have! I can hardly see or walk!” My friend looked at me and shook her head. She seemed perturbed! She said: “I don’t believe it!” She went on to say something like we just left prayer and you thanked God for hearing your prayers and ANSWERING them and now you’re out here confessing sickness! She looked at me as if to say: “WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT HAPPENED TO THE PERSON THAT WAS IN THERE PRAISING GOD?”

I didn’t understand her lack of sympathy and pity at the time. I certainly didn’t like her response. I even prayed about it. Months passed and I realized this was good medicine that she gave to me. Sometimes believers go to other believers for advice and instead of a long dissertation of sympathy, they just need to hear three words: “ DO YOU BELIEVE GOD?”

I CHOOSE TO BELIEVE GOD!

Heavenly Father, I have boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus. (Hebrews 10:19) I will not cast away my confidence in you regarding this situation that I face or am enduring because I KNOW that it hath great recompense of reward). (Hebrew 10: 35) I am the just and I live by faith. (Hebrews 10: 38)

I will fight the good fight of faith. Thereby I will lay hold on the eternal life that I have been called to and I will continue to profess a good profession before many witnesses. (1Timothy 6: 12) I thank you Father that Your hand is upon and on this situation that I face. I thank You that You are God and that You are able to make all grace abound toward me that I ALWAYS have all sufficiency in ALL things and that I may abound

(be plentiful, thrive and flourish) to every good work! (2 Corinthians 8: 8)

Thank you Father for being the God of all comfort. (2 Corinthians 1: 3)

I thank you that You comfort me in all of my tribulation. (2 Corinthians 1: 4) My faith is in Your power. (1 Corinthians 2: 5) I have the God kind of faith. (Mark 11: 22) If a problem is in front of me or hindering me; it is a MOUNTAIN! Therefore, I “say” unto the mountain in front of me: BE THOU REMOVED _______________ (speak whatever it is) AND BE THOU CAST INTO THE SEA! (Mark 11: 23) Because I believe and have NO DOUBT in my heart; I will have what I say. God’s Word says so and I BELIEVE GOD! In Jesus Name, AMEN
