You can be a "believer" but that won't get you a breakthrough. If you'll look at the definitions above; you'll see that Breakthrough literally means the appearance of a light to help you achieve your purpose.
Certainly this is related to the frenzy amongst believers to find out what their purpose is or to find out what God's plan for their lives is.

YOU JUST NEED A BREAKTHROUGH ON SOMETHING LIKE: HEALING, PEACE, SOMETHING ON YOUR HEART, A SITUATION, YOUR FINANCES, OR YOUR ABILITY TO MANAGE YOUR FINANCES, YOUR PROCRASTINATION, DIRECTION, GUIDANCE, AN IDEA THAT KEEPS COMING UP, THE LIGHT BILL...
PUT YOUR FAITH ON IT.
I am not trying to get deep here. No, not at all.
However, faith is a good position to be in if you need a breakthrough.
